Kind service and really enjoyed their wontons here! We ordered some boba, chicken pho, and combo pho! They offer sweetness and ice adjustments and traditional teas like Oolong and Jasmine! Will be back again! Food in the pic is a partial portion, we dug in before pics!

I got a takeout Bahn Mi sandwich. It was super yummy and close to my house. I want to go back and try their other items. Service was good for takeout and the place looked clean. Will for sure be back!

Customer service was top notch. Fast, friendly and food was super delicious. Restaurant was super clean and inviting, lots of specials to choose from and many options on the menu. We are visiting from out of town and will be back one more time to try other things before we leave!

A lot of people say that Colorado Springs does not have good food options. On the most part I would agree. However Saigon Tapioca bucks the trend and offers top notch Vietnamese food. If you are looking for something different from the plethora of bar foods that are in town, you definitely need to give this place a try. Today I ordered the Brisket Pho and my wife ordered the Pork Belly Bahn Mi. OMG!!! 5 Stars and the service was great! Also, as a side note, how can you downplay the ambiance when the restaurant is in an old Pizza Hut (brings back memories) :).

If you are looking for the best pho in Colorado Springs, this place is it!! Hot, cold, rain or snow, it doesn't matter I probably go at least once a week for a bowl of pho. Service is always quick and tentative. Great place to bring your family too. No complaints. There are also other great options if you're not looking for pho. The rice plates are delicious (I recommend the grilled pork chop) and the banh mi sandwiches are definitely a must try.

The tea and smoothie and hot tea selection is magnificent, so plan on that also. But the noodle bowls were perfect for a chilly night out. The staff is gracious but could use one more server as they are very popular. I loved the Vietnamese spring rolls and my jasmine milk tea was exceptional. The others at the restaurant were slurping their true Pho so I will try that next time

Great pho and crab rangoons. Service was quick. Iced tea was a bit pricey. I would definitely return.

Don't skip out on this little sleeper. Saigon Tapioca, on Galley Rd, is very good! I'm visiting CSprings and normally eat around the Boulder area - this restaurant is easily as good as any of my favorites up north. I got the Combination Vermicelli Bowl (bun dac biet). The thinly sliced chicken, pork, and beef was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The shrimp and egg rolls were also great. Served over lettuce and rice noodles, it was light and filling at the same time. I loved it! Service was friendly and fast. It was family friendly, I saw kids in high chairs. I'm giving it a 5/5!

First time here. Staff were super friendly and service was great. We ordered 2 medium pho and 1 bbq pork spring roll plate. They didnt have the choice I wanted, so server was able to adjust the combination to meatballs and brisket. Pork spring roll plate was huge. The medium pho here was like large in Seattle. We did not finish all the food. We ate like 4 spring rolls and still had enough to roll 4 more to bring back to hotel. We also did not get to finish the pho. Last thing I really liked was that the soup broth was not greasy! I've been to places where there is a whole separate layer of fat/grease but here was crisp and clean. I highly recommend and will go back again, although I probably will order small next time.
